You may, however, incur airtime charges or additional charges depending on your cellular service plan. Consult your cellular provider for details.

Are there any additional charges? With acecomm.net, there are no hidden charges. There is a no connection fee, no hidden service charges, and no monthly charges.

Can I make acecomm.net calls right away? Yes, you can! You are required to add a minimum of $5.00 to your account , once your credit card or PayPal transaction have been successfully completed your account balance will be available immediately.

Can I use acecomm.net to make calls while I am outside of the U.S.? Yes. In addition to making calls from the United States, you can use acecomm.net from
Canada and UK.

Can acecomm.net be used for faxing? Yes. You can use acecomm.net to send faxes. Follow the dialing instructions and when prompted for the number you
wish to call, enter the recipient's fax number. Then press Send or Start on your fax machine once the call connects.

What is the PayPal payment agreement? When paying using PayPal, you will be asked to accept an agreement that allows acecomm.net to debit an amount from your PayPal account on your behalf.

How do I register a phone number for No-PIN Dialing? There are two ways to register a phone number for No-PIN Dialing:

1) Online:
You can add, change, and delete your No-PIN settings in the ADD CALLER ID section of our online account center.

2) Customer Service:
If you experienced difficulty registering phone numbers for No-PIN Dialing, you may also call our Customer Service team for assistance.

How do I remove a phone number from No-PIN Dialing? There are two ways to remove a phone number from No-PIN Dialing:
Online: You can delete, add, and change your CALLER ID settings in the ADD CALLER ID section of the online account center.
